Current Full-Time Opportunities:

Computer System Administrator – Location: Waukon

  • Provide support to staff including handling in-house computers, printers and equipment at all locations.
  • Responsible for assisting in operations of computer activity and logs.
  • Enter and track tickets and monitoring completion. 
  • Review firewall reports and communicate with the network administrator.

Education: High School diploma (or equivalent) is required

Data Processing Specialist – Location: Waukon

  • Assist customers with electronic banking including Retail Online, Business Online, Mobile Banking, ACH Origination, and Bill Pay.
  • Process electronic banking files daily, including computer input and balancing of transactions. 
  • Provide outstanding service to customers and team members.
  • Possess attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

Education: High School diploma (or equivalent) is required

Personal Banker – Location: Waukon

  • Assist customers with their banking needs including opening new deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs and debit card transactions. 
  • Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively listen to our customers so you can resolve issues with banking services and accounts.
  • Possess strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Education: High School diploma (or equivalent) is required
